When to seek emergency care
Call 911 or visit the Emergency Department immediately for serious or life-threatening conditions, including:
Chest pain or difficulty breathing
Stroke symptoms or sudden weakness
Severe injuries or trauma
Uncontrolled bleeding

Our Emergency Department is staffed by experienced physicians and registered nurses who are specially trained in emergency medicine. Our team is equipped to provide advanced cardiac, pediatric, trauma, and resuscitative care for patients of all ages.
Emergency transport services
Emergency medical technicians serve surrounding communities including Grand Coulee, Coulee Dam, Coulee City, Wilbur, and the Colville Confederated Tribes, providing ambulance transport to Coulee Medical Center. When advanced trauma care is needed, our facility offers an on-site, lighted helipad for air ambulance transport to higher-level care centers.

The Emergency Department is designed to treat serious and life-threatening conditions and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
For non-life-threatening illnesses and minor injuries, our Walk-In Clinic offers convenient same-day care Monday-Friday 9:00am-12:30pm | 2:00pm-5:30pm
