Coulee Medical Center is committed to excellent Patient Care.  CMC accepts all patients regardless of their ability to pay and discounts are available based on family size and income. CMC accepts Medicare/Medicaid and CHIP. Please contact us to see if you qualify for Financial Assistance.

Financial Assistance/Charity Care Policy:

Coulee Medical Center is committed to the provision of health care services to all persons in need of medically necessary care regardless of ability to pay. In order to protect the integrity of operations and fulfill this commitment, the following criteria for the provision of financial assistance and Indigent care, consistent with the requirements of the Washington Administrative Code (WAC), Chapter 246-243 and Section 501(r)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code, to establish in this policy. These criteria will assist staff in making consistent objective decisions regarding eligibility for financial assistance and Charity Care while ensuring the maintenance of a sound financial base for CMC.

Coulee Medical Center is offering patients a helpful new financial service through a new partnership with industry leader HELP Financial. With the HELP Payment Plan Program, CMC patients have the option to pay off their healthcare bills over multiple term options up to 36 months.

  • Combine family balances into one monthly payment.
  • Option to pay off your healthcare bills over multiple term options up to 36 months
  • Take control of healthcare bills and manage your HELP account online at the MyHELP patient portal.
