Dr. Hsieh joined the Coulee Medical Center team in August of 2015. Born in Canada, he graduated from the Royal College of Surgeaons in Ireland, Dublin, Ireland. Dr. Castrodale arrived at Coulee Medical Center in 1998. He focuses on the complete scope of family medicine with fellowship training in obstetrics. He attended the University of Washington for his bachelor's degree and his medical degree. He completed his Family Medicine Residency and Obstetrics Fellowship at the Sacred Heart and Deaconess Hospitals in Spokane.
Dr. Myers was born in Richland, Washington and grew up in Eastern Washington. Dr. Myers joined the Coulee Medical Center team in December of 2016, he came to us from Indian Health Services in Nespelem, WA. He attended the University of Colorado School of Medicine and obtained his M.D. in 1994. Dr. Chaffee joined Coulee Medical Center with emphasis on obstetrics, emergency medicine, trauma, cardiovascular disease and diabetes. He was born in Seattle and raised in Arlington. Dr. Servin-Obert was raised in Helena, MT & attended Montana State University for her undergraduate . She attended Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Residency training brought her back to the west to pursue her interest in obstetrics, medical procedures, and rural medicine. She has worked in the Emergency Department at CMC since 2010.
Dr. Ellefsen came to Coulee Medical Center from Spokane WA where he completed his Residency at Family Medicine Spokane in 2009. He received his B.S. in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training in 2002. He attended the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona where he received his Doctorate of Osteopathic medicine in 2006. Dr. Ellefsen has been with Coulee Medical Center for many years and continues to work in our Emergency Department.
Dr. Hsu joined the Coulee Medical Center Team in November of 2015.
Born in New Zealand, she graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, Dublin, Ireland and her main focus areas are Endocrinology, general diabetes and thyroid issues. Her Residency was completed at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, TX and her Fellowship for endocrinology was at the Houston Methodist Hospital, Houston TX.
Sam came to Coulee Medical Center from Hoquaim, WA. After completing her clinical rotations here, she joined the Coulee Medical Center team as a PA-C in August 2011. Sam graduated from Washington State University in 2008 with a B.S. in Neuroscience and a B.S. in Kinesiology. She went on to earn her Master of Physican Assistant Studies from Rocky Mountain College.
Heidi came to Coulee Medical Center from Arizona where she attended Midwestern University and received her BMS in Physician Assistant Studies in 2002. She has been with Coulee Medical Center since 2010, serving in our Emergency Department.
Cheri came to Coulee Medical Center from Coulee City, WA. After completing her clinical rotations here, she joined the Coulee Medical Center team as a PA in October 2015. Cheri graduated from the University of Washington in 2015 with a Master of Clinical Health Services.
Dawn holds her Doctorate in Nursing Practice, a post-Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner and a Masters in Nurse-Midwifery. Dawn has a strong commitment to family-centered care, patient education and decision making. Dawn has been at Coulee Medical Center for 19 years and has delivered babies for more than 30 years.Board Certified: Yes
Raised in Wenatchee, Wendy received her master's from Washington State University and completed her internship at CMC's Coulee Family Medicine. She is a certified family nurse practitioner and a sexual assault nurse examiner. Wendy splits her time between Coulee Family Medicine and Coulee City Clinic.
Karen came to Coulee Medical Center from Northeast Washington Medical Group in Colville. She received her bachelor's of science in nursing from Minot State University in Minot, North Dakota, in 2000 and her Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Minnesota in 2002.
Dave has been a part of Coulee Medical Center since 1999, providing anesthesiology consults and care. He received his B.S. in Nursing from Cornell University and his CRNA degree from UCLA Program of Nurse Anesthesia. In the past, Dave has served as Chief Nurse Anesthetist at Deaconess Medical Center and as a Clinical Instructor for UCLA Medical Center.
Mike joined Coulee Medical Center in 1999. He received his M.S. in Biology from Southern Connecticut State University and his board certification in anesthesia from Bridgeport Hospital Nurse Anesthesia program. His anesthesia practice has included open heart surgery, trauma, high-risk obstetrics, pediatrics, and regional, vascular, thoracic, neuro and ambulatory surgery.
