Childbirth education class

Join Childbirth Educator, Olivia Ponusky, for a free class designed to help expecting parents prepare for pregnancy, labor, delivery, postpartum recovery, and newborn care.

Topics include nutrition, exercise, stages of pregnancy and labor, comfort measures, pain management options, medical interventions, infant feeding, newborn care, and more.

Support persons are encouraged to attend.

Registration is not required but is highly encouraged.

Please note: To provide the best learning environment for all participants, this class is intended for expecting parents and their support person(s) only. Children, including siblings and toddlers, should not attend.
