*Beginning July 1, 2023, Coulee Medical Center will take additional steps to improve our quality of care by ensuring that we have accurate information about our patients. Not only will this help us to continue delivering high quality, compassionate care to everyone, but it is also required by a new law, House Bill 1272, in the state of Washington. House Bill 1272 requires health care facilities in Washington to improve health system transparency by reporting patients’ race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, preferred language, and disabilities.*
