Open 24-hours a day, seven days a week, the emergency department is equipped and prepared to treat a wide range of urgent injuries and other medical conditions.

The department is staffed by experienced physicians and certified registered nurses who are specially trained in advanced cardiac life support, neonatal resuscitation, trauma nursing, emergency pediatric nursing, pediatric advanced life support, and other emergency care.

Trained EMTs in surrounding communities, including Grand Coulee, Coulee Dam, Coulee City, Wilbur, and the Colville Confederated Tribes, provide ambulance service to Coulee Medical Center’s emergency department. We also provide an on-site, lighted helipad for air ambulance transport to advanced traumatic centers.
