Our surgical services are provided by a team of experienced providers, including general surgeons and visiting specialists, depending on your needs.

To get started, you will need to see your primary care provider. Once your provider places a surgical referral, our surgery team will contact you to schedule your procedure.

After your clinic visit, it may take approximately 2–3 weeks for our surgery team to reach out to schedule your procedure. Timing can vary based on provider availability.

If you have questions on evenings or weekends (Friday–Sunday), please call our main line and ask to speak with the charge nurse.

You will receive a phone call about a week before your procedure to:

  • Review your health information
  • Update your chart
  • Go over procedure expectations and instructions

You may also be asked to complete pre-surgery forms in advance.

Please plan to check in about 1 hour before your scheduled surgery time.

For certain procedures like colonoscopy or EGD, your total time at the hospital may be closer to 2 hours.

You will be cared for in a dedicated surgical area that includes:

  • Pre-operative preparation
  • Procedure room
  • Recovery space

Our team will guide you through each step to help you feel comfortable and prepared.
