Scott Graham is responsible for the daily operations of the hospital. Mr. Graham joined the Coulee Medical Center administrative team in March 2009 as the Chief Operating Officer. Scott graduated from the University of Utah in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and in 1989 he received his Masters degree in psychology from Eastern Washington University. Prior to joining the Coulee Medical Center team, Scott served as COO at St. Luke's Rehabilitation Institute in Spokane, Washington and has been in executive management positions since 2000. He has also worked as a clinician for 15 years and is nationally certified in biofeedback and is a licensed mental health counselor. Mr. Graham currently directs the executive management team at Coulee Medical Center. 

Mr. Wagner became the active Chief Operating Officer on September 27, 2010 and has a BA in Business Administration from Gonzaga University, as well as an MS in Human Resources from Warren National University. Before coming to CMC, he worked as the Director of Human Resources for St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Institute in Spokane, for twelve years. Alan has over 23 years experience in operations management and 16 years of executive-level management within a healthcare system. During that time, he gained strong knowledge of employee relations, marketing and communications. A diverse background in national organizations and small businesses make Mr. Wagner a great fit to the CMC team. 

Joe joined the Coulee Medical Center team in June 2012 and he currently serves as Chief Financial Officer.  He was previously the Chief Financial Officer at Northern Idaho Advanced Care Hospital, Northern Colorado Long-Term Acute Hospital, and most recently at Whidbey General Hospital and Clinics.  He received his Bachelors in Business Administration and his Master's of Business Administration at Eastern Washington University.  

Dr. Jacob Chaffee is the Chief Medical Officer and oversees all clinic operations.  He was born in Seattle and raised in Arlington.  Dr. Chaffee graduated from the University of Washington, served his internship in Spokane and his residency work in Colville.  He has been a valued physician at Coulee Medical Center since 2004.  

Ramona joined CMC in 1993 as a Surgical Technician.  After completing her LPN training at Boise State, she worked at a clinic in southern Idaho and was an active EMT for 10 years.  She earned her nursing degree while working full-time and has since held a variety of roles at CMC, including: OR Supervisor, Infection Control Nurse, Employee Health Nurse, Quality Director, Risk Manager and Hospital Chaplain.  She became the Chief Nursing Officer in August 2011. 

Julie has been the Director of Human Resources at CMC since November 2009 and became Chief Human Resources Officer in 2013.  She attended Washington State University on a rowing scholarship and graduated in 2001 with her BA in Social Sciences.  She worked in the WSU Public Safety Department before she came to CMC seven years ago.  Ms. Bjorklund has held the positions of HIM Specialist, Charge Entry, Payroll Coordinator and Credentialing Coordinator.  She was born and raised in Sidney, British Columbia. 

Debbie Bigelow received her bachelor's degree in education from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. Ms. Bigelow has built a 25-year career in business administration that extends through both the public and private sector.
